The flanged water separators of the OFL-WS series, designed to capture water droplets and particles in compressed air and gases, generate a continuous centrifugal force due to their design, which ensures the removal of water droplets at a sufficiently low pressure drop. This in turn ensures energy savings.
The filters are available in the connection flange diameter range DN80-DN 500 with a flow rate of 500 m3/min. Water separators are sufficiently efficient, but despite this, they will not be able to ensure 100% capture of oil in the air. An additional filter should be used in the system to remove residual oil, water and particles.
